Shimmer Dinner hall Bellas

I have with Bella's Event Planning since 2009. I am more behind the scenes. While you may occasionally see me at Church assisting our team in getting the bridal party down the aisle and making sure everything runs smooth, I am usually in the venue early morning with our setup crew. I love to organize! I am the one at the reception hall setting up chair covers, ironing all fabrics and making sure everything is ready to go for our very special clients! From lighting candles to cleaning toasting flutes, I am here for you!


I work with a great group of girls. Our setup team rocks!! With doing laundry all week and preparing for the BIG DAY we manage to find time to laugh and have fun. I really love what I do. There is no better feeling then seeing our clients image and vision come to life. I know I have a huge part in that, and its a great feeling.

Meet Santina Bonacci


While I've only been with Bella's Event Planning for less than 1 year, I have known Danielle for a few years. I have worked for Danielle as her children's babysitter the past three years. As Nina and Pete have gotten older I have had more time to dedicate to Bella's. I work in the main office 3 days a week organizing, checking in inventory and overseeing all rentals going out for that week. I love to rearrange the office and am always down to change up the showroom. I am also the one that breakdowns most events so I like to put everything back where it belongs. I take great pride in maintaining our perfect showroom, making sure each linen goes out wrinkle free and setting up/ breakdown events. I enjoy working with our great team. I am a college student studying to be a nurse. Danielle wants me to work at Bella's forever so maybe I'll be the Bella's Nurse! You never know. I live in Utica with my parents and brother. I enjoy being active and staying busy! I'm honored to play a role in your BIG DAY! Xo's

Hi I'm Vanessa, or as Danielle calls me "V". I am new to Bella's Event Planning starting this year in 2016! Actually, my cousin Santina has worked for Bella's since the very start, see we really are all family here. Details, Design and Decor have always been a passion of mine. It is what I am in college for now actually. I have attended many weddings and I can tell you that nothing compares to the time, perfection, organization Bella's Event Planning puts in. I specialize in mostly weddings. Working part time two days during the week and mostly every weekend, Alexa and myself are the back office team! Our duties are similar and we work together! I love being part of an awesome team and an a great business right here in Utica. I look forward to my career with Bella's and meeting you! *Vanessa

Meet Vanessa Ambrose

Well Hello! To most I am known as "Aunt Jodi". I have know Danielle since the day she was born.... well because I am her Aunt. I've always had a passion for parties, so when Danielle approached me a few years ago to "help her out" I without hesitation said yes. Well back then I was only working a few hours a week managing the books. The last few years Bella's Event Planning expanded and so did my hours! I am now a full time office and account manager. My daily operations include scheduling, payroll, billing and everyday duties! Don't be surprised if you see me at a weekend event, decorating for a wedding, ironing linen, etc. At Bella's every day is different. I usually show up at the office knowing what I need to get done that day, but typical Danielle fashion is throwing a curve ball into my plans :) We have fun at Bella's. I enjoy meeting each client and their family, helping plan their big day and add that extra sparkle to any event. I reside in New Hartford with my husband and two boys.
